Data Center Connectivity & Upstream
The data center is serviced by multiple global carriers including Level(3), FiberLight, AT&T, TW Telecom, Verizon Business, Florida Power & Light FiberNet, Global Crossing, Qwest, Savvis, and XO. With these carrier choices at your fingertips, you'll be allowed greater flexibility in designing your dedicated server and co-location needs. Our technical assistance team can establish cross-connects in an industry-best turnaround time of less than 24 hours. |
Facility Security and Environmental Information:
The data center is attended 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with security officers who control access to the building. Key card access is provided to the elevators for customers with previous clearance and valid picture identification only. Additional multi-level physical security measures are in place to provide a maximum of protection - the highest in the industry. The raised floor and individual cage and cabinet areas are guarded with biometric hand readers to add further incremental protection. Client access is limited to only their own rack space, secured via a combination code. The interior layout of each rack will not allow access to other client's racks from the inside (due to interior non-removable cabinet walls).
All activities in and around the building are captured with CCTV digital cameras. The system allows the capability to monitor, record, and archive data for future retrieval. The CCTV system is also fully-integrated with the alarm system. The building's structural design surpasses all local building codes and standards with added security measures.
The facility is protected by the TotalPac Fire Suppression System. This system is a dual-alarmed, dual-interlock, multi-zoned, pre-zoned, pre-action, dry-pipe fire suppression delivery system. The electrical and mechanical systems have been upgraded with the latest technologies to provide clients with N+1 redundancy to guarantee continuous operation with branch breaker monitoring and dual power grid services.
Management and monitoring of all environmental systems is continuous with 24 hour, 365-day electronic detection systems. Our raised floor environment, and 14' high ceilings are specifically designed to ensure that your equipment's health is properly maintained with N+1 cooling for optimum airflow and humidity at 72°F (22°C). Power systems are designed for maximum effectiveness and are capable for delivering 120v, 208v, 480v AC, and -48v DC to match each client's specific needs.
